RDF fuel, the full name of which is Refuse Derived Fuel, is a fuel that is recovered and processed from municipal solid waste (MSW) through a specific process. The main process steps of the RDF drying production line include:
Collection and classification: First, collect recyclable waste from municipal solid waste and conduct preliminary classification and processing.
Crushing and sorting: The classified waste is sent to the crusher for crushing, and then non-combustible materials such as metals and glass are separated through magnetic separation, air separation, screening and other processes.
Drying: The separated combustible part is sent to the dryer for drying to reduce its moisture content and improve combustion efficiency.
Molding: The dried combustible material is compressed or extruded to form solid fuel rods or particles for easy storage and transportation.
