The working principle of this set of equipment is as follows: After the wet slag enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: one is the guide area. The wet slag enters this area and quickly evaporates water in contact with the high temperature hot air. When the slag falls, it will be led to the next working area; the second is the pick-up cleaning area, where the wet material is picked up by the pick-up board to form a material curtain. When the slag falls, it is easy to form a phenomenon of adhesion to the drum wall. Because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device can clean the slag adhering to the inner wall very reasonably. In this process, the cleaning device also breaks the agglomeration of the slag ball, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and increasing the drying rate. ; The third is the inclined lifting plate area, where the wet slag has been in a low-moisture and loose state, and the slag has no adhesion phenomenon in this area. After sufficient heat exchange, the slag reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area; The fourth is the discharging area, where the drum is not equipped with a copy plate, and the slag rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
