Wood Sawdust Drying Machine by Dingli Machinery mainly has two types, one is rotary wood sawdust drying machine, one is airflow wood sawdust drying machine. Rotary Wood Sawdust Drying Machine mainly consist of hot air furnace, rotary drum, cyclone dust separator,air duct tube, chimney, induced draft fan, etc.

Working Principle of Wood Sawdust Drying Machine is:

1. Use belt conveyor or screw conveyor to send the wet wood sawdust into the wood sawdust drying machine.

2. Hot Air Furnace supply the hot flue gas for the wood sawdust drying machine.

3. Inside the wood sawdust drying machine, the wet wood sawdust is mixed sufficiently with the hot flue gas. The moisture inside the wood sawdust is heated and become water vapour.

3. At the end of the wood sawdust drying machine, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of this high pressure draft fan, the water vapour and wood sawdust is taken out of the wood sawdust drying machine.

4. Then the water vapour and wood sawdust goes into the cyclone separator. Inside the cyclone separator, the water vapour is separated from the dried wood sawdust. The dried wood sawdust goes out through the bottom of the cyclone separator. The water vapour go into the atmosphere through the chimney.

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine by Dingli Machinery is ideal for drying wood sawdust with moisture content up to 50%. After being dried by the wood sawdust drying machine, the moisture content of the wood sawdust can be smaller than 15% which is suitable for producing wood pellets, etc.
