Dingli biomass dryers are specialized drum dryers developed for various loose, high-moisture, low-calorific-value biomass materials such as sawdust, straw, rice husks, fruit pomace, cassava residue, palm residue, and bark chips.
The dryers are structurally optimized to address the characteristics of biomass materials, including high moisture content, light weight, susceptibility to dust generation, easy adhesion to walls, and flammability. They can stably dry raw materials from an initial moisture content of 45%–65% to 12%–18%, meeting the requirements of subsequent production processes such as biomass pelleting, combustion utilization, feed processing, and organic fertilizer production. They are core supporting equipment for biomass energy processing plants, pellet plants, feed mills, and agricultural and forestry waste resource utilization projects.
Zhengzhou Dingli not only provides single-machine drying and pelletizing equipment, but also can customize a complete biomass drying pellet production line according to the characteristics of the customer's raw materials, site size and production capacity requirements. From the initial site planning and process design to the complete set of equipment for crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening and automatic packaging, it provides a one-stop solution, and is equipped with a complete heat source system, dust removal and environmental protection equipment and intelligent control system.


The crushed materials of which the moisture is about 35%-65% are sent into the roller by conveyor to realize downstream drying. Under the effect of the inner shoveling plate, materials are taken and scattered constantly, and move in the spiral forward method. Through three layers (inner, middle and outer layer), heat exchange is realized between material and hot air medium.
