Sewage sludge treatment should be conducted in order to reduce its volume and to prepare it for further use or disposal. Besides, it is necessary to maintain favorable environmental health. Our company implements monitor the environmental improvement innovative methods, thus bringing its contribution to the solution of environmental problems. We perform screw dehydrators assembly under the unique technology developed by Japanese engineers from the Zhengzhou Dingli company.
1. Screw dehydrator is designed for dewatering of any kind of sludge formed during wastewater treatment.
2. The unit dehydrates the sludge with the suspended solids concentration from 2000 mg/l to 35000 mg/l. The humidity of dewatered cake is 81% and less, depending on wastewater composition. 3. Installed thickening zone avoids the need for auxiliary equipment for sludge thickening and allows low-concentrated sludge (over 2000 mg/l) dewatering. 4. Dehydrator construction prevents clogging and, thus, the need for huge volumes of washing water. 5. Absence of high-rate and high-speed units proves reliability of the machine. Dehydrator is characterized by low noise and vibration level. 6. Power and water consumption is less than any other dewatering systems. 7. Modest size and weight of the unit allow space-saving placement in the WWTP. 8. The unit operates automatically and does not require constant maintenance staff control.
