One of our clients ask used what factors influence the capacity of the Wood Chip dryer ?

Wood chip dryer seems very simple, but in fact the actual drying process is rather complex, and the drying effect and diesel consumption is influenced by the volume of the input wood shavings, the initial moisture content, the output moisture content, the dimension of the wood chips dryer, the environment temperature, etc. For example, in Winter the diesel consumption will be some higher as the environment temperature is much lower than in Summer, and we need more diesel (heat) to heat the dryer machine and the wood chips to be a certain temperature. The diesel consumption that we told you is just for your reference in advance, and the actual diesel consumption will be some difference, maybe a little less, or maybe a little more.
