Component parts of Raymond roller mill

Component parts of Raymond roller mill are mainly main frame, blower, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, air duct tube, etc.

Each part of the Raymond Roller Mill is as below:

1- The raw material is grinded in the gridning chamber of the main frame.

2- The blower blows the grinded materials up to the powder calssifier machine, and then the fine powder pass through the powder classifier, and finally goes into the cyclone powder collector.

3- Powder classifier is used to controlled the powder fineness of the raymond roller mill.

4- The air flow and powder pass through the air duct tube.

5- In the cyclone powder collector, the powder is separated from the air, and falls down from the bottom as product.

6- The air with some very fine powder goes into dust catcher, and the very fine powder is collected, and the air pass through the filter bag of the dust catcher, and goes into the atmosphere.
