The baffle board is aimed at filter out the impurities in the sawdust, to ensure the quality of the sawdust into the conveying pipe. After entering into the sawdust dryer, sawdust suffers a coefficient effect of the spray torch and rotary cylinder. Inside the cylinder, materials are fully mixed with hot wind, fulfilling the complete drying process in this way.
Just because drying sawdust has a high secondary utilization rate, so after having been dried, the sawdust has a wide application. It can be used as fuel for the normal production and living. Or processed through special treatment, it can be used as a kind of good and cheap soilless culture substrate. In addition, sawdust also can be used to cultivate plants, produce chicken feed or make handmade charcoal. It also has a good use in the building material field.
