Low Fuel Consumption Sand Drying System

Sand drying system of Dingli Machinery adopts new technology and new type hot air furnace. The new sand drying system has the features of low fuel consumption, high production efficiency.

Main machine of the sand drying system is sand dryer. There are two types sand dryer, one is single pass rotary dryer, one is triple passrotary dryer.

Single pass sand dryer is with simple structure, but it will occupy a big working area.

Triple pass sand dryer is with compact and complex structure, high heat efficiency, but it is much more expensive.
