Drying of sand by sand dryer machine

The drying of sand mainly is to use sand dryer machine in the market. Sand Dryer Machine is developed from rotary dryer which has many years history.

Burner supply the hot flue gas for the sand dryer. The fuel for the burner can be coal, waste wood, diesel, natural gas, etc.

Sand dryer is to use the hot flue gas to dry the wet sand. When the sand dryer machine is working, the drum is rotating. Inside the drum, there are many lifting boards. These lifting boards mix the wet sand and hot air sufficiently.

In the round drum, the wet sand is heated by the hot flue gas. The moisture inside the wet sand is evaporated into water vapour.

At the another end of the sand drying plant, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of the high pressure draft fan, the water vapour goes out of the sand dryer machine in time.
