Alfalfa Dryer System mainly includes theAlfalfa Knead Machine, belt conveyor, hot air furnace, alfalfa dryer machine, air duct tube, chimney, draft fan, electric control box, etc.

1. Alfalfa Knead Machine to make the fresh alfalfa into small pieces so that thealfalfa dryer machinecan dry it evenly.

2. The small pieces of alfalfa goes into thealfalfa dryerdirectly.

3. Hot air furnace supply the hot flue gas for thealfalfa dryer. The fuel for the hot air furnace is according to the actual situation.

4. There are two draft fan, one is used to make the flue gas out of thealfalfa dryer, the another one is used to make the dried alfalfa and water vapour out of thealfalfa dryer.

5. Inside the cyclone separator, the water vapour is separated from the dried alfalfa. The water vapour goes into atmosphere through the draft fan, and the dried alfalfa fall down and go out through the discharge feeder evenly.
