Blower Vibration.

Reason: A. Too many powder deposit on the blades of the blower.

B. Lossen of the foundation bolts.

Solution: A. Get rid of the powder deposit on the blades, or change the new blades.

B. Tighten the foundation bolts.

Raymond Mill Breakdown 2:

Powder comes into roller assy, or the bearing is damaged.

Reason: A. Lack of lubrication oil, or the oil sealing ring is damaged.

B. Long time lack of maintenance and clean.

Solution: A. Add the lubrication oil regularly.

B. Clean the bearing normally.

C. Change the new oil sealing ring.
