The Dingli organic fertilizer production line integrates four core processes, forming a complete industrial chain from organic waste to high-quality organic fertilizer:

1. Raw Material Pretreatment: The collected organic waste is crushed and mixed, and the moisture content and carbon-nitrogen ratio are adjusted to provide favorable conditions for subsequent fermentation. For bulky raw materials such as straw and branches, a special crusher is used to crush them to 1-3 cm pieces, increasing the surface area of ​​the raw materials and accelerating microbial decomposition.

2. High-Temperature Aerobic Fermentation: Beneficial microorganisms (Bacillus subtilis, lactic acid bacteria, etc.) are inoculated into the pretreated raw materials. The temperature is precisely controlled at 65℃±2℃ using an intelligent temperature control system. A turning device ensures full contact between the material and air, achieving rapid composting and harmless treatment, with a composting degree exceeding 98%.

3. Deep Processing (Crushing, Granulation, Drying): The fermented material is crushed into fine powder and then granulated into uniform particles using a disc granulator or extrusion granulator. It is then dried in an energy-saving dryer to reduce the moisture content to below 18%, ensuring the stability of the organic fertilizer during storage and preventing mold growth.

4. Cooling, Sieving, and Packaging: The dried organic fertilizer particles are cooled to room temperature. Unqualified particles are removed by sieving (returned to the crushing stage for reprocessing). The finished product is then automatically packaged into 25kg, 50kg, and other specifications for easy storage, transportation, and sales.
