The core function of Dingli's fruit pomace drying feed production line is to continuously process fresh fruit pomace (apple pomace, citrus pomace, grape pomace, etc.) through "pretreatment-drying-environmental purification-finished product post-processing," reducing the moisture content of the raw materials from approximately 80% to ≤13% (meeting feed safety storage standards). This produces safe, high-quality, and easily stored feed ingredients, which can be further processed into compound feed suitable for the needs of pig, cattle, sheep, and poultry farming. The production line uses PLC automated control to achieve continuous and stable production. The processing capacity can be configured according to project requirements (30–300 tons/day), balancing energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
Fruit Pomace Drying Production Line Process Flow:
1.Dewatering Machine：The dewatering machine s used for pre treatment of wet pomace. Belt ype and screw type dewatering machines are avalable,effectively reducing moisture content before drying and improving overall drying efficiency.
2.Rotary Dryer：The rotary dryer is the core unit for drying waste pomace. Through drum rotation and interal lifting structures, the material is evenly dispersed and fully contacts the hot air, achieving uniform and efficient moisture reduction.
3.Dust Collector：The dust collection system combines a clone dust collector and a bag fiter. The clone removes coarse partices while the bag fiter captures fine dust ensuring low emissions and compliance with environmental standards.
4. Cooling：The dried material is at a high temperature. It is rapidly cooled to room temperature using a cooler to prevent residual heat from causing mold growth and to ensure the storage stability of the finished feed.
5. Grinding/Pelletizing：Depending on market demand, the screened material can be ground into powder or processed into pellets using a pellet mill, improving palatability and utilization rate in livestock.
6.Baler:After being accurately measured by measuring equipment, the finished products are packaged using a packaging machine and stored in a warehouse for easy transportation and sales.
