Recently, the 1,000 tons/day gasification slag dryer project designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully installed and debugged and officially put into production in a large energy enterprise in Ningxia.

This project is a tailor-made intelligent drying system solution for the customer by the Zhengzhou Dingli technical team based on the customer's production requirements, material characteristics and field data. The project adopts multi-stage waste heat recovery, intelligent temperature control and low-nitrogen combustion technology. After drying, the moisture content of gasification slag is stably controlled below 8%, and the calorific value is significantly improved. It can be directly used as cement admixture or building material raw material, with an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons.
