Recently, the perlite drying project tailored by Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for Lithuanian customers has successfully completed installation and commissioning and officially put into production.

In response to Lithuanian customers' demand for efficient and environmentally friendly processing of perlite, the Zhengzhou Dingli technical team adopted core technologies such as intelligent temperature control and waste heat recovery to design an automated perlite drying line with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons. The equipment ensures that the expansion rate of perlite is increased by more than 15% by accurately controlling the temperature and humidity curve, while reducing energy consumption by 30%, and exhaust emissions meet local environmental protection standards.
