1. Pretreatment system

2.Fermentation system

3. Granulation system

4. Drying system

Particle transportation: The granulated organic fertilizer granules are transported to the dryer.

Drying: The moisture in the granules is removed by drying equipment to improve the quality and stability of the organic fertilizer. The drying process usually uses heat sources such as hot air and steam for heating.

5. Cooling system

Cooling: The dried organic fertilizer granules are cooled by cooling equipment to reduce their temperature for subsequent packaging and storage.

6.Packaging system

Grading: The cooled granules are graded to screen out qualified organic fertilizer granules.

Coating: Coating qualified organic fertilizer particles to increase their brightness and roundness and improve their market competitiveness.

Packaging: Pack the coated organic fertilizer particles, usually using woven bags, paper bags and other packaging materials. The packaged organic fertilizer can be easily transported and sold.
