Petroleum coke takes heavy oil or other heavy oil after crude oil distillation as raw material, passes through the furnace tube of 500 ℃ ± 1 ℃ heating furnace at a high flow rate, so that cracking and condensation reactions are carried out in the coke tower, and then the coke is cooled for a certain period of time. Coking and decoking produce petroleum coke. Petroleum coke dryer is our company's special drying equipment for petroleum coke and other materials.

The petroleum coke dryer is mainly composed of a feeder, a rotary drum, a heat source, a belt discharger, an unloader, and an induced draft fan. The petroleum coke that needs to be dried is mainly dried in the discharge area, the inclined lifting plate area, the cleaning area and the material guiding area. The materials containing more than 90% water content can be dried to the finished product at one time.
