Corn vinasse is the trade name of distiller's grain protein feed, that is, dried distiller's grain containing soluble solids. In the process of using corn as raw material to ferment to produce ethanol, the starch in it is converted into ethanol and carbon dioxide, and other nutrients such as protein, fat, and fiber remain in the distiller’s grains. At the same time, due to the action of microorganisms, the content of protein, B vitamins and amino acids in distiller’s grains are increased compared with corn, and contains unknown growth-promoting factors produced during fermentation. Therefore, alcohol grains are a good source of feed additives and have a very high value. Dingli's alcohol lees drying production line equipment can dry the wet distiller's lees, which can be directly added to the feed as a source after drying.
Brewer's spent grains dryer mainly consists of heat source, feeding machines, feeder, rotary drum, discharging machine, draft fan, discharge and power distribution cabinet.
BSG with 85% moisture is delivered into the screw dehydration machine (or belt dehydration machine) and dehydrated to 50% to 60% moisture content. Then the dehydrated product was delivered into the rotary dryer by screw conveyor for the drying process. High-temperature air heated by furnace could have full mass and heat exchange with BSG, taking away the moisture.
