Raymond Mill Installation:

1. Lift foundation for installing the transmission into the pit,to fill the pit with earth and level it up.To check and ensure surface “A” being leveled,then put the ground bolt into the pertained hole.

2. Installing grinder mill:To put rubber-pad in the interface between the bottom of the grinder and the base surface,and the bolts on the ground for shockproof（seen diagram 2）Then,to check “B”levelness of base surface with a frame-level checking at 4 points on the intersected cross,at the same time to adjust the coupling shafs “C” and ”D”with allowance away from coaxial below 0.20mm,with allowance away from parallel within 0.10mm.The gap between “E1” and “E2” should be kept between 5-8mm.

3. The position and height of pipeline system of Raymond Mill should be installed strictly in accordance with the diagram.No changes are permitted. The links of the pipelines of Raymond Mill should be sealed tightly to prevent air leakage.All the electrical devices be reliably and actually installed and must be tested through trial-run.
