After the alfalfa is harvested, it is very important to dry the fresh alfalfa in time. Alfalfa Drying Methods mainly has two type: 1- Use sunshine; 2- Use alfalfa dryer machine.

For the traditional Alfalfa drying methods by Sunshine, it has the disadvantage as below:

1- Should take care of the weather such as ranny day;

2- Need much land for the drying on sunshine;

3- Need much labour force;

4- Many nutrition of the alfalfa is lost;

5- Can not meet the bulk production of dried alfalfa.
