Wood Shavings Drying system can reduct the moisture content of the wood shavings to be less than 13%. The less than 13% wood shavings is very suitable for storage and animal bedding.

Wood Shavings Drying system mainly consist of : Belt conveyor, wood shavings dryer machine, hot air furnace, air duct tube, draft fan, chimney, belt conveyor, electric control box, drum sieve, etc.

1- Belt conveyor sends the wet wood shavings into the wood shavings dryer;

2- Hot air furnace sends the high temperature air into the wood shavings dryer;

3- Wood shavings dryer heat and dry the wood shavings, and the moisture is evaporated into water vapour.

4- Draft fan sucks out the water vapour in time;

5- Dried wood shavings comes out of the wood shavings dryer;

6- Electric control box is used to control the whole wood shavings drying system.
