Fire safety system is very important for the wood shavings dryer. Dingli Machinery wood shavings dryer has special fire safety system which can make the wood shavings dryer work very safely.

Wood Shavings Dryer also is named Wood Chips Dryer, and wood shavings dryer is mainly for drying light materials with moisture such as wood shavings, wood chips, sawdust, grass, etc.

For the wood shavings dryer, it is the hot air furnace who supply the heat source , and the fire comes from the hot air furnace.Then, the suitable hot air furnace will be very important for the wood shavings dryer. If there is some spark goes into the wood shavings dryer, and contact the wood shavings, it may lead to fire.

Dingli Machinery designed one new type hot air furnace for the wood shavings dryer. Please see the picture as below. Inside the hot air furnace, there is special combustion room and Ash collecting Room. After the high temperature air goes through the ash collecting room, it is nearly pure high temperature air without spark.

As at the feed inlet end of the wood shavings dryer, the hot air is in high temperature, and once the wet wood shavings contact the high temperature air, it will generate many water vapour.

In this case, as there is many water vapour, even there is some spark going into the wood shavings dryer, it will never generate fire inside the wood shavings dryer.
