Raymond Mill System mainly include Jaw Crusher, Bucket Elevator or Belt Conveyor, Hopper, Vibrating Feeder, Raymond Mill. Here we will explain the workflow of raymond mill system in detail.

The workflow of the raymond mill system is as follows:

1. Jaw Crusher crushes the raw materials into smaller size which is suitable for the raymond mill.

2. Bucket Elevator sends the smaller size raw materials into hopper.

3. Hopper has the function to store the raw material for a while.

4. Electrocmagnetic Vibrating Feeder send the raw material into the raymond mill evenly.

5. Inside the raymond mill, the raw material is grinded into fine powder.

6. Under the function of cyclone collector and blower, the fine powder goes out through the cyclone collector.
