Workflow of Limestone Powder Production Line

Limestone Powder Production line includes small jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, limestone mill, bagging machine, electric control box, etc.

1. Bigger size limestone is crushed by the small rock crusher into smaller size in advance. This is because the max feed size of the limestone mill should be smaller than 30mm.

2. Bucket Elevator transports the smaller size limestone into the hopper.

3. The function of the hopper is to store the limestone for a while.

4. The vibrating feeder under the hopper can send the limestone into the raymond mill evenly. What is more, the feed quantity is controled by the vibrating feeder automatically.

5. Inside the grinding chamber of the limestone mill, the limestone is grinded into powder.

6. Under the function of blower, the limeston powder is sent to the analyzer machine.

7. At the analyzer machine, only the fine powder what we need can go through the analyzer machine, and to be the final product. The corase powder will fall down and to be grinded again by the roller and ring.

8. Finally the fine powder goes into cyclone powder collector, and the fine powder falls down.

9. The clients can use one bagging machine to load the fine limestone powder into bag.
