Wood Shaving Dryer System for Drying Wood Shavings

Wood Shaving Dryer System mainly consist of Rotary Drum Dryer, High Pressure Draft Fan,Belt Conveyor, wind closed feeder, Hot Air Furnace, etc.

1. Hot Air Furnace supply the hot flue gas for the rotary drum dryer;

2. High Pressue Draft Fan sucks the hot flue gas into the rotary drum dryer from the hot air furnace, and suck out the steam from the rotay drum dryer;

3. Belt Conveyor sends the wet wood shavings into the wind closed feeder on the top of the rotary drum dryer;

4. Wind Closed Feeder have two functions:

A: Prevent the hot flue gas out of the rotary drum dryer through the feed inlet hole;

B:Feed the wet wood shavings intotherotary drum dryer evenly;

5. Rotary Drum Dryer mixes thewet wood shavings with hot flue gas competely,and finally themoisture of the wood shavings is evaporatedto be steam and goes out of the rotary dryer.
