The working process of the wood sawdust drying system is :

Wet sawdust --> Screw Conveyor --> Hot air furnace --> Inlet feeder --> Wood Sawdust dryer --> outlet feeder --> Cyclone Separator --> Dried Sawdust.

The fuel for the hot air furnace can be waste wood, sawdust, coal, diesel, natural gas, etc. Dingli Machinery can design the special hot air furnace according the fuel of the clients.

Why people needs to dry the wet sawdust ? AS after being dried by the sawdust dryer, we can reduce the humidity of the sawdust to be less than 15%. And if use the dried sawdust to produce the wood pellet, and the calorific value of the wood pellet will be higher.
