Sawdust Dryer System

The key equipments of sawdust dryer system is sawdust dryer, hot air furnace. The sawdust is dried in the cylinder of the sawdust dryer, and the hot air furnace supply the hot air for the sawdust dryer system.

After being dried by sawdust dryer, the humidity can be 8-10%. The dried sawdust can be used to make biomass fuel such as charcoal, wood pellets, etc.

Sawdust dryermainlyconsist ofhot air furnace, feeder, air duct tube, cyclone dust separator,the induced draft fan. The sawdust dryer, rods machine and carbonization furnace are generally combined to form the configuration, chimney, electric control box, etc.

Workflow of sawdust dryer system is as follows:

Belt conveyor sends the wet sawdust into feeder;

Feeder sends sawdust into sawdust dryer;

Hot air furnace supply the hot air for the sawdust dryer system;

Sawdust dryer reduct the humidity of the sawdust;

High pressure draft fan makes the vapor out of the sawdust dryer's cylinder in time.
