Sawdust Dryer Design

Sawdust dryer mainly includes rotary dryer, belt conveyor, waste wood furnace, air duct tube, draft fan, chimney, etc.

Sawdust Dryer Design is as follows:

Wet sawdust ---> Belt Conveyor ---> Sawdust dryer ---> Dried Sawdust Dryer

Waste wood furnace supply the hot air for the sawdust dryer.

Inside the sawdust dryer, the wet sawdust contact with the hot air temperature sufficiently. During this process, the moisture inside the sawdust is evaporated into water vapour.

At the end of the sawdust dryer plant, there is one high pressure draft fan. This high pressure draft fan sucks the water vapour out of the sawdust dryer in time. Finally the water vapour is separated from the dust inside the cyclone dust separator, and goes into the atmosphere directly.

Dried sawdust goes out of the sawdust dryer from the discharge hole.
