Rotary Dryer for Sawdust Drying

Dingli Machinery has designed one new type rotary dryer for sawdust drying.The main working principle of this sawdust rotary dryer is to use hot clean air to dry the sawdust.

Rotary sawdust dryerSystemmainlyconsist ofhot air furnace, feeder, rotary dryer, air duct tube, cyclone dust separator,the induced draft fan.

The working principle of rotary sawdust dryer is as follows:

Furnace supply the hot air for the rotary sawdust dryer;

Rotary drum supply the drying chamber, and achieve the sufficient heat exchange between the wet sawdust and hot air ;

Draft fan is used to suck the hot ait into the rotary drum, and suck out the water vapour in time;

Clycone Collector is used to separate the dry sawdust from the water vapour;
