Raymond milling system for making mineral powder

Raymond milling system is used for making mineral powder. The key equipments of the raymond milling system is raymond mill. The mineral powder fineness can be from 40 mesh to 325 mesh, and some fine powder can be up to 1000 mesh.

Raymond Milling System working principle is as below:

◆Raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required which is suitable for theRaymond Mill (Grinding Mill),

◆Then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feederevenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for raymond grinding mill. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
