Raymond Mill Operation

Open or shudown the raymond mill system, the users should operate it according to the operation rules. Raymond Mill Operation rules are as follows:

Before starting the grinder,to check all the doors and ensure they are closed properly,to check and ensure the jaw crusher is open wide enough for the raw materials waiting process,to adjust and ensure the speed of the separator is suitable to the required specification of powder-products.

Then to start the operation in the following sequence:

1. To start the bucket elevator.

2. To sttart the jaw crusher.

3. After the storage is filled with stuff waiting for process,to start the separator.

4. To start the blower (first without load,then with load added).

5. To start the grinder mill,immediately to start the electrical-magnetic vibrating feeder.

So the whole set is operating.

“Start”, Elevator→Crusher→Separator→Blower→Grinder--> Feeder

To stop the feeder.

About one minute later,to stop the grinder.

After blowing al the leftovers,to turn off the blower.

Last to turn off the separator.

Turn→off Procedure:Feeder→Grinder→Blower→Separator
