Principle of chicken manure dryer and drying process analys

Chicken manure dryer machine mainly is used for drying all kinds of manure such as chicken manure, cow manure, pig manure, goat manure,etc. Chicken manure dryer also can be usedfor drying coal slime, brown coal, river sand, silica sand,sawdust, wood shavings and chips, slag, clay, etc.

Chicken manure dryer is developed from rotary dryer, and it has the features of fine structure, high production, low energy consumption, stable opeartion and work, etc.

Chicken manure dryer machine consists of rotary cylinder, lifting plates, feed inlet cover, feed outlet cover, carrier roller, ring, gear box, heat preservation layer, air duct tube, chimney, draft fan, hot air furnace, electric control box, etc.

Firstly we send the wet chicken manureinto the rotary dryer by screw conveyor. Inside the rotary dryer, there are many lifting plates which make the wet manure up and down, and contact with the high temperature air sufficiently. The wet manureis heated by the high temperature air, and the moisture inside is evaporated into vapour.

At the end of the chicken manure drying system, there is one high pressure draft fan. Its has two functions:

one is to make the high temperature air into the rotary dryer; the another is to make the water vapour out of the rotary dryerin time, and avoid the the dried manure to be damped again.

Finally the dried chicken manure goes out of the chicken manure dryer through the discharging hole.

At the end of the chicken manure dryer plant, the users can use one belt conveyor to send the dried chicken manure into the truck, or storage room.
