Wet manureis fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryer, hotair move through the rotarycylinder in direct contact with the wet manure, either with or against the direction of its flow. The rotary cylinder is equipped with lifting boards, which lift thewet manureand shower it up and down through the hotairflow.During this process, the moisture is evaporated into vapour. Then under the function of the high pressure induced draft fan, the water vapour goes out of the rotary cylinder and goes into atmosphere. Finally the dried chicken manure comes out of the chicken manure dryer through the discharging hole.
