New Methods to process chicken manure for producing organic

In this article, Except from the rotary chicken manure dryer, Dingli Machinery engineer will introduce one new methods to process chicken manure for producing organic fertilizer.

Several weeks ago, one America engineer told us about their new methodsprocess chicken manure for producing organic fertilizer as follows:

1. Manures contain very much ammonia

2. this ammonia evaporates quickly ( about 50% in the first 24 hours ).

3. this evaporated ammonia is called atmospheric ammonia and is a great source of air and water pollution.

4. I do not believe that your poultry manure dryer does anything but speed up this process.

5. If you put he manure in water ( slurry ) in a sealed tank, the ammonia can be sequestered ( kept from evaporating ).

6. biofiltration of this slurry ( nitrofication biofilter ) can convert this ammonia and urea to nitrates which are readily used by plants ( fertiliser ).

7. By passing this biofiltered product through a 0.1 micron hollow fiber mechanical filter, you can remove ALL microbes. bacteroa.algae, fungi, spores, and even some viruses. This product is much more readily spread on vegetables intended for human consumption.

8. the actions and feeding of the biofilter are periodic and continuous on a daily basis. this will minimize sludge which should be mostly fiber.

10 much more efficiency ( feed to fertliser conversion ) and much less pollution. The fibrous sludge can be sun dried for fuel pellets or used in plantings ).. Zero waste, minimal pollution. optimum economy.

11. The organic liquid fertiliser is transported easily in tank trucks, barrels, food grade plastic bottles. It is easily apolied as liquid fertigation. I also have a live organic liquid fertiliser which uses the filtered product in a clean biofilter system which uses clean ( lab grade ) nitrifying bacteria and is applied with the nitrifyers and lots of oxygen. Works like magic..
