Methods to maintain the Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill mainly are used to grind all kinds of ores into very fine powder, and the powder output size can be 40mesh to 325mesh. In order to make the Raymond Mill run smoothly and have a longer lifetime, the good maintainence of the raymond mill will be very necessary.

01. Excluding the floating bearing in the principal axis, all other transmission parts adopt the rolling bearings, so the machine should be running under the good lubricating conditions.

02. The metal blocks are strictly prohibited into the machine. Immediately take them out when users find if, otherwise that will seriously damage the roller, ring, shovel, and Quincunx Rack.

03. Then the material will be fed evenly and continuously into the machine.

04. The roller and ring are in the usage limit; the remaining minimum wall thickness shall be not less than 10mm.
