Limestone Grinding System

Limestone Grinding System by Dingli Machinery includes Hopper, feeder, Small Jaw Crusher, Bucket elevator, Hopper, Vibrating Feeder, Limestone Grindind Mill, packing machiner, electric control box. Limestone mill is one type of raymond mill.

The working process of limestone grinding system is as follows:

1. Forklift sends the limestone into one big hopper, and the function of the big hopper is to store the limestone temporally.

2. Under the big hopper, there is one round vibrating feeder, and the function of the round vibrating feeder is to send the limestone into the small jaw crusher evenly.

3. Small Jaw crusher cushes the limestone into smaller pieces which is suitable for the limestone grinding mill. Limestone Mill max feed size is less than 30mm.

4. Bucket elevator sends the crushed limestone into the hopper. The user also can use the belt conveyor to transport the crushed limestone into the hopper if they have enough floor area.

5. Under the hopper, there is one vibrating feeder. The function of the vibrating feeder is to send the crushed limestone into limestone grinding mill evenly, What is more, this vibrating feeder also can control the feeding quantity automatically.

6. In the gridning chamber of the limestone mill, the limestone is crushed into powder. The fine powder can go through the powder analyzer machine as the final product. The coarse powder falls down and being grinded by the limestone mill again.

7. At the end of the limestone grinding system, the user can use one packing machine to pack the limestone powder into bag.
