However, lignite dryer appears to be an 'angel', which not only protects the environment, but also recycles part of the heat in the exhaust gas to reduce production costs. This article mainly introduces the exhaust gas recycling of the lignite dryer.
Lignite dryer has four drying levels, which are carried out at high temperature. As is known to all, exhaust gas always generates from high temperature situations. Dingli machinery has developed a new kind of lignite dryer for waste gas recycling which uses high temperature exhaust gas as heat sources of the drying process. Then, how does the dryer recycle exhaust gas? First of all, we must pay attention to the insulation of drying system with appropriate and reasonable insulation thickness. It is mainly served as the connection between blower and induced draft fan to timely adjust the entire system to zero pressure state, so as to prevent high-temperature exhaust gas from leaking. After the collection, keep part of the exhaust gas recycled, but the moisture content will also rise when the amount of circulating air is increasing, which results in the decrease of its drying rate. Therefore, the optimum exhaust gas recirculation amount is about 25%. In addition, indirect heat exchange equipment also can be used to recycle gas at the exit.
