Description about the 1.9x18m Sawdust Dryers

In this article we will descripe 1.9x18m sawdust dryers machine in detail. Sawdust dryer machine is key equipments for drying the sawdust and reduce the humidity of wet sawdust.

Question 1: Rotary dryer side:

Answer 1:

- Only the weight of the sawdust dryer tube is about 11 tons. The total weight of the sawdust dryer tube, big gear, ring, supporting frame, carrier roller, feed inlet cover and outlet cover is about 21 tons.

As it shows as below, later we use screws and flanges to connect the two pieces together when installation.

- The inlet temperature of the sawdust dryer tube is about 260-300 centigrade; the outlet temperature of the sawdust dryer tube is about 75-80 centigrade.

Answer 2:

- For the hot air furnace (manual feeding coal), the heating wall material inside the burner is as follows: standard firebrick, special shaped firebrick, fireclay, refractory cement, refractory sand, perlite powder, etc.

For the hot air furnace (mechanical feeding coal), the heating wall material inside are similar, but as the inner working temperature is much higher, and it needs to use the high-alumina firebrick .

- The burner working temperature of the hot air furnace (manual feeding coal) is about 700-900 centigrade.

The burner working temperature of the hot air furnace (mechanical feeding coal) is about 1200-1400 centigrade.

- For the hot air furnace (manual feeding coal), it does not need burner fan additionally.

For the hot air furnace (mechanical feeding coal), it needs burner fan, and the motor power of the fan is 3kw.

In one word, the hot air furnace (mechanical feeding coal) is more complex,large, and higher heat efficiency than the hot air furnace (manual feeding coal), but it is much more expensive.
