Correct Operation Procedure Protects Raymond Mill from Dama

Check and make sure all the access doors tightly closed and the gap between the jaw plates is in line with the feed granularity. Adjust the speed of analysis machine. Finally power on according to the sequence.

1. Start the winnowing pan hoist;

2. Start the jaw crusher;

3. After materials enter into the bin, start the analysis machine;

4. Start the air blower (Start up unloaded, then load after it operates normally.);

5. Start the Raymond mill main engine, in the moment immediately start the electric-magnetic vibrating feeder.

1, Close the feeder first to stop feeding;

2, Stop the main engine after a minute;

3, Blow off the residual powder, then stop the air blower;

4, Close the analysis machine.

Note: If the elevator has transported a certain amount of materials into the bin, stop the crusher before stopping lifting. This changes by the current storage capacity.

5, To ensure production safety, when Raymond mill is running normally, do not add oil causally. No matter which part of the Raymond mill generates abnormal noise, or the load suddenly increases, stop the machine immediately, check and clear the trouble, for fear of serious accidents. Remove the remainder materials in Raymond mill before Re- starting, or the current will be too large to affect the start-up.
