Barite Grinding Plant By Dingli Machinery is designed for grinding barite ore into fine barite powder. The capacity of Barite Grinding Plant by Dingli Machinery can be 0.2-20t/h.

Barite Grinding Plant mainly includes small hammer crusher or small jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, barite grinding mill, bagging machine.

The hammer crusher or jaw crusher is used to crush the barite rock into smaller size which is suitable for the barite grinding mill. The people can choose the suitable small rock crusher according to the actual situation.

The hammer crusher can crush the barite rock into coarse powder less than 5mm, and the jaw crusher can crush the barite rock into small particles. Small Jaw Crusher is more durable, and need less power. Usually we suggest the customer to choose the small jaw crusher instead of small hammer crusher.

After being grinded by the barite grinding mill, the barite powder can be up to 1000 mesh. For the oil drigging industry, usually 200 mesh barite powder is ok.
