According to the past actual experience, Dingli Machinery engineer design one new type of air cooling system for cooling down the wood shavings. Generally, it is to use the air to cool down the dried wood shavings quickly.

When the dried wood shavings goes out of the shavings dryer machine's outlet, we will put one air duct tube there. Under the function of one high pressure draft fan, these dried wood shavings was sucked into the air duct tube, and then goes into one cyclone seperator. In the cyclone separator, the rest water vapour is seperated from the dried wood shavings, and goes out into the atmosphere, and the dried wood shavings falls down as the product. Of course, then by the function of air cooling during this period, the dried wood shavings has already been cooled down, and it can be packed into bag directly then. Finally we get the high quality wood shavings, and we can sell the dried shavings with one good price.
