Drying of rice and other crops is a heat-sensitive rice crop drying too fast or improper selection of parameters easier to crack. Composite paddy rice drying characteristics and to achieve quality and other factors, drying rice need to pay attention to the following measures:
(1)Select Preheat-dry-sustained-cooling-row grain of process, and "dry-sustained" of process according to the amount of drying rice to determine altogether with ranks. The heat is not only related to air temperature but also related to the initial moisture content of rheumatism and rice.
(3)Limit the drying rate of rice. Rice drying or cooling too quickly are prone to crack. In order to ensure the quality of rice drying, drying speed is not too large, and that should generally be controlled below 1.5%, hourly precipitation rate is not greater than 1.5%.
