2.Three drum dryer inspection door cracking and deformation
In the drying process of materials, once the three drum dryer check the door cracking or deformation, it can not close. The better way to deal with this failure is to use 4mm thick steel plates to make a new type of inspection door. Check the door and the flame contact surface of the three drum dryer, weld the rivet, and pour with water pouring material, in order to prevent the steel plate from flame baking directly.
3.Three drum dryer has broken material failure
When the staff operation is improper, or the material contains impurity rate is too high, often cause three drum dryer break material failure. In this case, we can install a thermocouple on the flue pipe at the end of the three drum dryer and set the corresponding upper and lower temperature limits. When the three drum dryer is broken, the tail flue gas temperature rises sharply, and the thermocouple alarm system is turned on, reminding the staff to deal with it in time and shorten the cutting time. When entering the three cylinder drying machine of the moisture of material is large, the flue gas temperature drop, thermocouple alarm, prompted post operation personnel to improve furnace temperature or reducing the volume of feed three drum dryer, in order to ensure the quality of dry sand.
