The mineral powder fineness has very big relations to the Raymond Mill type selection. The Raymond Mill should be selected according to the raw material hardness, feed size, the particle size and yield, milling process design.
Mill powder output size, refers to the final powder fineness, generally used to be indicated by the micron or mesh.

Raymond Mill: finished 613 microns in diameter of ~440 (0.613 mm -0.44 mm), 100-425 mesh;
High speed milling machines: finished projects in the 80-425 mesh (the fine 1000 mesh), the 30-80 mesh coarse powder by adding special device in the machine;
Super large mill: fineness 5 microns ~45 microns (325-3250 mesh);
Superfine mill, ultrafine powder mill: finished in 500 mesh (25 micron) -2500 mesh (5 micron), the fine 3500 mesh.
