The project utilizes Dingli’s proprietary DLMG-2823 coal drying equipment, which has been custom-designed to suit local raw material characteristics and continuous production requirements. Addressing the client's specific challenge—where raw material moisture content reaches 45%, thereby compromising calorific value and storage/transport efficiency—Dingli’s technical team has scientifically configured the drying process. By precisely controlling hot air temperature and material residence time, the system is designed to stably reduce moisture content from 45% to 26% upon commissioning. This effectively enhances the coal's calorific value and combustion efficiency, significantly improves storage and transport properties, and reduces the risk of spontaneous combustion, ultimately generating substantial economic benefits for the client. Currently, the equipment has arrived on-site, and the main installation is complete; Dingli’s technical team is simultaneously conducting system-wide commissioning and optimizing operational parameters to ensure the project enters production in optimal condition.
