Recently, the on-site installation work for the coal slime drying EPC general contracting project at a power plant in Huainan, Anhui, undertaken by Zhengzhou Dingli Group, is progressing steadily. The project utilizes the DLMG-3622 coal slime drying system, focusing on the challenge of coal slime solid waste disposal in power plants. Through an integrated EPC model, it achieves pollution reduction, efficiency improvement, and resource recycling of coal slime.
The project is designed to process 62.5 tons per hour of raw materials. The moisture content of the feed coal slime is ≤25%. After processing by the entire drying system, the moisture content of the finished product can be stably controlled at ≤15%. High-moisture coal slime generated by power plant production is highly viscous and easily clumps and adheres to the plant walls. Stockpiling it not only occupies plant space but also poses environmental disposal challenges. After drying and upgrading, the coal slime can be directly reused as fuel in power plant production, transforming solid waste into a usable resource, balancing environmental protection and corporate economic benefits.
As the EPC general contractor for the project, Zhengzhou Dingli Group undertook the entire chain of work, including process design, complete equipment manufacturing, on-site construction and installation, commissioning and delivery. Zhengzhou Dingli has been deeply involved in the field of high-viscosity wet material drying for over 20 years, accumulating extensive experience in implementing complete EPC projects for power plants and coal preparation plants. It can provide customized complete drying production line solutions based on the customer's processing scale, material characteristics, and plant conditions. In the future, the company will continue to optimize drying technology and equipment, helping more industrial and mining enterprises complete the resource utilization of solid waste and promoting the green and low-carbon development of industry.
