Then, through crushing and pulping, solid-liquid separation, and oil-water degreasing processes, kitchen waste oil is separated and recycled, retaining high-nutrient organic solids. The core process utilizes a customized kitchen waste dryer, employing a high-temperature hot air sterilization and drying process to rapidly reduce the material's moisture content from 75%-85% to below 12%, addressing the characteristics of kitchen waste such as high moisture content, high viscosity, susceptibility to mold, and presence of pathogens. The equipment features a built-in exclusive dispersing and anti-sticking structure, completely solving the problems of kitchen waste sticking to the drum, clumping, and uneven drying. Simultaneously, sterilization, deodorization, and insect egg inactivation are completed under high-temperature conditions, ensuring the safety and compliance of the finished feed product from the source and preventing secondary transmission of pathogens.
The dried material has a loose texture and retains its nutrients intact. After fine grinding, proportioning, and pelleting, it produces high-quality organic protein feed, widely applicable to livestock and poultry farming, aquaculture, and black soldier fly larvae breeding substrates. It replaces traditional feed ingredients, significantly reducing procurement costs for livestock enterprises. The entire production line is equipped with a PLC intelligent centralized control system, automating feeding, temperature control, speed regulation, and discharging. It can operate continuously and stably 24 hours a day with minimal manual labor and low energy consumption. It also features an integrated negative pressure deodorization, wastewater treatment, and dust removal system, ensuring no odor, no wastewater discharge, and no dust pollution throughout the process. It fully complies with local environmental inspection standards and is suitable for large, medium, and small-scale kitchen waste treatment centers, environmental technology companies, breeding bases, and industrial park supporting projects.
