Recently, a coconut coir drying machine designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy for a customer in Bali, Indonesia, successfully completed on-site installation and commissioning and officially commenced production. The commissioning of this equipment marks a further improvement in the local coconut coir resource utilization capacity.

Coconut coir is a major byproduct of coconut processing, and its high moisture content poses significant challenges to storage and transportation. This drying equipment adopts a customized design, optimizing the drying process to suit the local climate and characteristics of coconut coir in Bali. It effectively reduces the moisture content of the coconut coir, making it suitable for subsequent processing or export.

The Coconut Coir Drying Production Line developed by Dingli can be directly connected to the coconut shell opening and sorting machine. Coconut coir sorting, desalination, dehydration, and drying can be completed within 40 minutes.
