Fruit pomace is a core byproduct of juicing, brewing, or further processing of fruits such as apples, grapes, citrus, and mangoes. It mainly consists of fruit peels, residual pulp, seeds, and stems. As an inevitable output of the fruit processing industry (approximately 150-300 kg of pomace is generated per ton of fruit processed), it is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, natural antioxidants (such as anthocyanins and flavonoids), and functional components, and is not "useless waste." However, without treatment, its high moisture content can become a burden for businesses. Dingli Fruit Pomace Processing Solution: Utilizing rotary drum dryers or belt dryers, this solution addresses the sticky nature of fruit pomace due to its high sugar and pectin content. It features built-in anti-sticking plates and a Teflon coating on the inner wall, combined with "countercurrent heat exchange" technology (heat source options include natural gas, biomass pellets, and steam, adaptable to different enterprise energy conditions). This precisely reduces the moisture content of the fruit pomace from 70%-85% to 10%-15%. During the drying process, an intelligent temperature control system and online moisture sensors adjust parameters in real time to prevent localized overheating that could damage nutrients, ensuring stable product quality. The dried fruit pomace is then fed into a Dingli hammer mill, where, depending on its intended use (e.g., feed, fertilizer, raw material extraction), it is pulverized to a uniform particle size of 20-80 mesh. This solves the problems of "clogging and uneven particle size" common in traditional pulverizing equipment, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
